Hi, I’m Ahmed Radwan, a Computer Science student at the University of the People with a focus on front-end development. I’m passionate about coding and languages, which has led me to work as a translator and interpreter in Arabic, Spanish, and English.
Currently, I work as a Spanish Help Desk Specialist at Konecta. My past experience in customer service roles at Concentrix, Elevate Holding, and Sutherland has helped me develop strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to excellent service.
I’ve also contributed to translation projects for YouTube videos, websites, and certificates, and volunteered with TEDxSHA and GDSC powered by Google. I’m actively studying front-end development through Almdrasa and other programs, and I’m always looking for new opportunities to grow and collaborate.
