During WUF12, I had the opportunity to meet a journalist who required assistance in interpreting for both the Spanish and South African delegations. Understanding the importance of clear communication in such an international event, I took on the role of an interpreter, facilitating discussions and ensuring that messages were accurately conveyed between all parties. Later, I translated the recorded meetings I had with these delegations, carefully preserving the details and nuances of the conversations. I then provided the journalist with the translated content, helping him craft an accurate and well-informed article. Finally, I sent him the completed article, contributing to his coverage of WUF12 and reinforcing my experience in high-level translation and interpretation.
